Description
Insulation is often done on the cheap because no one will be able to see it once it's all covered. In fairness, it's also done for those who don't plan to use their van in cold weather. I planned to use the van in the winter and worried about condensation and rust during the summer. In the end, I went with professionally sprayed foam. There is no better rated insulation and it is a perfect vapor barrier.
Background
Initially I planned on using Celotex or Kingspan of around 25mm thickness, but then as I read more an more about squeakiness, how to seal the edges to avoid condensation, and methods to cut it for bends I realized I just didn't want to deal with any of that extra complexity. I went with the fastest and best method. If I had to do it again, I would spend even less time thinking about it and go straight to a professional spray company.

Thoughts
For much of this phase I took the photographs with my phone camera. Unfortunately, my phone memory card died and I lost them. The photos in this section were pulled from other sections because they helped illustrate, though they are not very taken for the purpose.
